IJEPL Accepts Original Work
IJEPL accepts submissions of original research, practice, and insights in the field of education. Submissions are welcome from graduate students, academicians, educators, practitioners, and researchers worldwide. The journal focuses on innovative approaches to teaching and learning at the graduate level, as well as strategies for effective leadership and management within educational institutions. It also highlights significant research findings from graduate-level dissertations that address key challenges in education and leadership.
All submitted work is subject to plagiarism check by TurnItIn before acceptance. A refund will not be given when a work is retracted by the editor for ethical reasons after its publication. The online and print versions of the journal will be the same.

Publication Fee:
A $100 publication fee will be requested from the author once the work is accepted for publication following the review process. The fee supports editing and publication capacity. Reviewers are volunteers, and Terra Science and Education does not intend to sell the published work; therefore, we are not able to pay authors for their contributions at this time due to lack of funding.
Subscription:
Libraries or institutions may request a print copy subscription at an annual rate of $200 (US) and $300 (International, including shipping) to receive every printed issue.
How to Submit
To submit your work, please use the Terra Journals template. Only submissions formatted using the template will be considered for review.
Name your submission document as “Last Name First Name” (e.g., Smith_Jessica.docx). Use the same naming system for images, adding sequential numbers at the end (e.g., Smith_Jessica_1.jpg, Smith_Jessica_2.jpg).
When ready, email your submission document and images to [email protected] with an appropriate subject line.
Formatting must be followed exactly, and submissions should be fully edited before submission. Failure to do so may result in rejection without review.

There are no fees for submission. However, once a work is accepted for publication, a $100 publication fee is required to cover editing and publication costs.
5. Are all submissions checked for plagiarism?
Yes. All submitted work undergoes a plagiarism check using Turnitin before acceptance.
6. What happens if a published work is retracted?
If a work is retracted by the editor for ethical reasons after its publication, no refund will be issued.
7. Are there specific formatting requirements for submissions?
Yes, all submissions must comply with the IJEPL journal template. The template and formatting guidelines can be found in the Submission section.
8. What is the review and publication process?
The submission process follows these steps:
- The Assistant/Associate checks submissions for proper formatting, styling, and plagiarism using Turnitin. Additionally, the submission is checked to determine if it was fully written by AI. If the submission does not meet formatting or plagiarism standards, it may be rejected. Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent once the submission is received. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, please verify the email address and resubmit.
- The Editor-in-Chief evaluates whether the submission aligns with the journal’s scope and guidelines (apolitical and non-explicit). If deemed a good fit, the submission is forwarded to external reviewers for evaluation. If it is a dissertation paper, dissertation committee members may serve as reviewers.
- Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief decides whether to accept, request revisions, or reject the submission.
- If accepted, the author will be required to pay the $100 publication fee. Payment is processed via credit card, and a payment link will be sent via email. After this step, submissions cannot be withdrawn.
- The manuscript is reviewed by copy editors for journal placement. The author will receive a proof copy to review for errors before final approval.
- Once approved, the work is added to the queue for the next available issue.
- The review and publication process typically takes 1–3 months, depending on submission volume.
9. Can IJEPL authors request compensation for their work?
At this time, Terra Science and Education does not compensate authors for their contributions due to lack of funding. Reviewers are volunteers, and the journal does not sell published work.
